Join our team and be part of shaping exceptional dining experiences at Baylor UniversityKey Responsibilities:Spearhead marketing promotions, meal plan campaigns, catering, and retail sales initiatives at dining locations.
Ensure adherence to Compass brand standards across all campus dining programs, focusing on brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience.
Take charge of communications and public relations efforts, managing guest feedback, press releases, client presentations, and website upkeep.Lead captivating storytelling through social and digital media platforms.
Develop and implement dynamic marketing plans, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
Foster strong client relationships to align our programs with their objectives, driving satisfaction and retention.
Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Provide support for new business acquisition and client retention efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
