    Mandatory Qualifications Qualified resource who meets the following minimum qualifications. Resume and Staff Experience Worksheet must document recent and relevant experience within the last five (5) years for each qualification including, but not limited to:

    (1) Five (5) years experience with and knowledge of current technological trends, philosophies, processes, design, and practices for data networking and infrastructure.

    (2) Five (5) years Familiar with public sector data networking procurement policies, practices, and procedures.

    (3) Five (5) years experience and knowledge of data center systems management practices and tools.

    (4) Five (5) years experience and knowledge of data center security standards, processes, and procedures.

    (5) Five (5) years experience with integrating customizations into the Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI).

    b. Desirable Qualifications

    (1) Five (5) years experience in performing public sector data networking assessments.

    (2) Five (5) years experience and knowledge of Ericsson Adaptive Inventory systems architecture, design, and IT billing interfaces.

    (3) Demonstrated ability to produce technical requirements documentation and presentations.

    PROJECT TASKS/DELIVERABLES

    a. Assist the Enterprise Network Branch with integrating EAI customizations into OTechs NSDM and the Branch daily processes and procedures.

    (1) This includes coordinating any issues that arise during the Billing Parallel Testing period and the subsequent production use of the system.

    (a) Assist the Enterprise Network Branch with integrating EAI customizations into OTechs NSDM and engineering or modifying processes and procedures when implementing new services.

    (b) Ensure that OTechs NSDM can support the Network Provisioning Staff with the implementation of all current networking technologies.

    (c) Ensure that OTechs NSDM can support the Network Provisioning Staff with the implementation of any other technologies deployed during this engagement.

    b. Provide skills transfer activity so that State staff can bulk load data into EAI.

    c. Assist with planning for providing improved information to the Department of Technology Service Desk regarding network status and network topology using OTechs NSDM.

    d. Assist the Enterprise Network Branch with assessing future use of the Ericsson products that make up OTechs NSDM.

    (1) Recommend needed changes to the applications.

    (2) Provide recommendations and implementation advice on software version updates of EAI.

    (3) Assist with EAI customization integration and installation in CDTs development, test, and production environments.

    (4) Make recommendations for change control and scheduling of integration.

    (5) Recommend approaches that CDT can use to achieve better efficiencies with OTechs NSDM and focus on items that can lead to cost savings.

    e. Assist CDT as it considers the best approach to document the internal components of the Data Center network.

    f. Provide briefings and presentations to various groups on factors/risks being considered and overall network status.

    g. Collaborate with Ericsson Maintenance and Development staff using both written and verbal communication.
