Family Solutions, a pioneering force in behavioral health, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to become the architect of our clinical future within the mental health realm. You'll be apart of our clinical team supervising our mental health clinicians for our Intensive Outpatient Mental Health division along with supervising a team of dedicated professionals in empowering individuals struggling with mental health conditions, paving the way for transformative journeys.

    We seek a leader who:

    • Possesses a Master of Science in Social Work or Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or similar degree and holds an active licensure in the state of Illinois including LCPC, or LCSW.
    • Boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience guiding and supervising clinicians in treating mental health conditions.
    • Demonstrates proven expertise in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities like CBT.
