Looking for a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine to join a private group with 2 family medicine physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers in the Phoenix Arizona suburb.

About the Opportunity
~ Work normal Monday-Friday schedule with 8 AM to 5 PM work hours.
~ Take over established patient base.
~ Work 34 patient contact hours per week.
~ Opportunity to see patients of all ages but mostly the adult population. Pediatrics is not required.

~1:5 phone call, call.
