    Description
    Director of Nursing at Harker Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is responsible for overseeing nursing operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires a current RN license and at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility. The Director of Nursing will lead the clinical team to achieve positive clinical outcomes, maintain high standards of care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
