**Description**

Full Time: a position working 35+ hours per week.

$16-$22/hour or more based on business volume and including tips. Creamery Attendants are based in Antler Hill Village adjacent to Cedrics Tavern and the Winery, and deliver world class guest service to guests in a timely, friendly manner while working as part of a dynamic, proactive Food & Beverage outlets team. Other duties include keeping work areas stocked, cleaned, and with a great appearance and presentation for the pleasure and service to our guests. This position will also provide general support and assistance to the department, leadership, and company. position.

**Requirements:**

1. Previous hospitality, restaurant, retail and/or guest service experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have had six (6) months of prior guest service experience.

2. Must be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 120 days of hire.

3. Solid math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

4. Must have a cheerful, caring, and considerate attitude and a genuine desire to deliver world class service.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Must be adaptable to a fast paced environment and be a hard worker.

7. Ability to be proactive, take initiative and exercise good judgment.

**Physical Requirements:**

1. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

2. Have the ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

3. Ability to climb stair and ladders as needed.

4. Ability to work indoors and outside in all types of weather with fluctuations in temperature and conditions.

**Essential Job Duties:**

1. Serving and taking care of the guests.

2. Keeping the area stocked and well maintained.

3. Keep product stocked and fresh at all times.

4. Responsible for learning Micros system.

5. Have excellent money skills.

6. Keeping work area cleaned and sanitized following Health Department guidelines.
