- Conduct analysis on personnel and manpower management
- Propose changes in organizational structure and processes
- Evaluate pertinent factual and statistical data by applying analytical techniques and methods
- Determine manpower requirements by tracking statistics for each department
- Initiate and review requests for manpower requirement changes, respond to issues and studies involved in analysis of manpower quality and quantity
- Assist with the development of personnel procedures and regulations
- Work with management to obtain input on current and projected scheduling of various operations and anticipate overall staffing needs #LI-EW1 Job Requirements
