    Description

    Job Title: IT Systems Analyst at Kforce

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain, configure, and upgrade computer systems
    • Perform complex computer repairs and coordinate vendor support
    • Troubleshoot technical problems in collaboration with the IT department
    • Log incidents and resolve them promptly
    • Support in-house web applications and proprietary software
    • Manage IT equipment inventory
    • Create and update documentation for processes
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with IT Operations teams
    • Collaborate on technical projects and support colleagues
    • Build positive relationships with team members and internal departments

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Entry-level certifications from CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft are a plus
    • Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
    • 1-3 years of IT support and desktop/laptop experience
    • Knowledge of troubleshooting workstations, printers, and client hardware
    • Understanding of TCP/IP connectivity in various environments
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
    • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
    • Executive support experience is preferred
    • Experience with Zoom AV support is a plus
