    The RoleWere looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join our team. As we continue to grow our business, were looking for passionate professionals looking to make a difference to our mission of bringing the human back to healthcare. You will report to our Customer Care Supervisor in this role.
    The Flipt customer service team is the vanguard of Flipts customer-centric approach to prescription choice. Advocates exist to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and painlessly. They focus on improving customer satisfaction, identifying customer-impacting matters, and implementing dynamic solutions. Our advocates are here to serve our customers and to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to every customer, with every contact.
    Responsibilities Triage incoming phone calls from members and pharmacies with minimal support and ask probing questions to identify and resolve all issues and address concerns expediently.
    • Handle patient prescription inquiries within HIPAA guidelines
    • Ensure customer satisfaction, extraordinary customer care, and quality resolution with genuine compassion in a fast paced, startup environment.
    • Implement continuous improvement and contact reduction efforts.
    • Eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
      Required Skills 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience in retail pharmacy, health plan, hospital, or in another clinical pharmacy setting; PBM or related Health Care experience welcomed.
    • Strong spoken communication skills and excellent email writing skills
    • Ability to speak and write in Spanish
    • Uncanny ability to leave others better than you found them
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, stay productive in a remote, high-volume, metric driven call center environment.
    • Patient listener who is passionate and proactive about solving problems
    • Proficient computer skills
      Location/Schedule: This role is currently remote, but we will be going back to the office (in Jersey city) next year post
    • COVID.
