    Petersons, a Denver-based EdTech SaaS and publisher, is seeking an experienced and creative marketing manager to own the entire marketing lifecycle to corporate clients across our Career Prep business line.

    We are looking for a marketing professional who intuitively understands brand marketing and how to communicate with the intent of educating and persuading our audience to ultimately purchase our products and services.

    We are rebuilding our marketing team and you will be the first hire, with the responsibility to help define our messaging and execute on our new marketing roadmap.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, write, and implement outbound email marketing campaigns to new corporate prospects and to existing clients for upsell opportunities.
    • Design and write persuasive sales materials to support our sales efforts.
    • Translate our product roadmap into marketing communication channels (e.g. email, website, webinars, app store) targeting different customer cohorts.
    • Track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns so that we may iterate our efforts to maximize our returns.

    Qualifications:

    • An excellent writer who is a creative thinker - you regularly play Wordle and Spelling Bee, you relish a good pun.
    • You have real marketing experience designing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • You understand marketing analytics are the source of truth in the world of business and you arent afraid to dig into the data.
    • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
    • Experienced with CRM/mktg platforms (e.g. Brevo, Campaign Monitor, Hubspot)
    • Industry experience in education and training a plus

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Live in the Denver area and are able to come into the office 2-3 times a week. We are just north of the Denver Tech Center
