Job Title: Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a qualified attorney to represent Hamilton County Department of Job & Family Services in child abuse and dependency matters. The job requires legal advice and consultation to caseworkers, court proceedings including hearings and appeals, legal research writing on various issues review discovery requests draft complaints motions legal briefs appeals respond to opposing parties motions serve as the trial attorney for HCJFS work professionally with members of the Prosecutor's Office opposing counsel court personnel law enforcement agencies public perform all other duties assigned delegated or required by supervisor or the Prosecuting Attorney.Job description
