- Facilitate Agile Processes: Act as a servant-leader to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for all three teams involved in the LDS project.
- Ensure Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication within and across the Infrastructure Team, Data Ingestion Team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
- Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and address impediments that hinder the progress of the teams, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Empowerment and Accountability: Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions while holding them accountable for their commitments and outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular retrospectives and implementing action items to enhance team performance and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their requirements are effectively communicated and prioritized within the teams.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role, preferably in a software development or data-related project environment.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to address issues in a timely manner to ensure project success.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and environments while maintaining focus on delivering value to the project.
- Agile Methodology: Working knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions effectively.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent people and project management skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education:BS Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer /Software Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science from an accredited College or University.
- Education:Technical training in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, and Supply Chain related scientific or technical discipline or 10 years of Marine Corps experience in Maintenance, Communications, Logistics, or in the Retail Supply and Organizational Supply field preferably.
