    Within the Business Operations organization the Sr.

    Technical Program Manager for Advertising Platforms is responsible for managing small through large-scale, complex projects in the Advertising Platforms area from initiation through closure.

    These initiatives involve daily hands-on management of technology activities utilizing Agile and Scrum based software development practices; and includes working cross-functionally with multiple technical teams to effectively deliver business solutions.

    This role requires leadership competencies, technical (PM) experience, and communications skills.

    Program Manager Accountabilities
    • Accountable for driving execution and delivery of extraordinarily high profile technical, product or software development projects from start to finish.
    Projects assigned to this level tend to be of the highest complexity and strategic priority.

    Performs all other responsibilities of a Technical Program Manager at an expert level, plus:
    Forecasts project risks proactively; analyzes and communicates prioritized mitigation plans to stakeholdersUnderstands all project domain components, including architecture, tools and deployment practices that development team is employing; can explain the purpose of component decisions at a high levelAccountable for driving execution and delivery of highly complex technical programs from start to finishPerforms all other responsibilities of a Program Manager at an expert level, plus:Assists in triage of other projects or programs and makes recommendations to senior-level leadershipServes as subject matter expert and 'go to' person for guidance in program management disciplineMay Manage smaller teams of professional employees related to area of focus or expertiseDefines, optimizes, and manages Agile project management ceremonies and processes at the team-of-teams levelCommunications / Interactions -Interacts with internal and external peers and management to share highly complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology / business solutionsPresents issues to and works with management and executive leadership to resolve critical resource conflictsDemonstrates expertise in technical project/program domain and able to confidently discuss with project team, neighbors, and stakeholders, including translating technical domain details to executive leadership

    Basic Qualifications:
    Working along side the Addressable Data and Business Intelligence team, our Sr. Technical Program Managers are a critical role to the success of our departments projects.

    We are often called upon to be the go-between the business and engineering teams, and need to be able to speak the language of each, with ease and complete comprehension.

    This role would benefit from previous experience in Ad Technology from any phase of the Ad Lifecycle; including, Order Management, Trafficking, Campaign Management, Ad Serving, Telemetry, Audience Segmentation and Targeting, Measurement and Reporting; previous experience in advertising technologies, include 1p and 3p measurement and ad operations, are a plus.

    Typically has 8 or more years of progressively complex related experience with 0-3 years management experienceMust have some ability to write SQL and know about databases, Snowflake, Microstrategy, TableauMust be able to interpret requirements and operationalize into sprints, create user stories, etc.

    Expert knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle; experience in streaming media software, broadcast technology, and/or media engineering preferredMastery of project management tools used in business/project areaMastery in Agile or Waterfall Project Management methods that may include Scrum, Kanban, and/or Scaled AgileCandidates typically have a background in the following technologies:
    Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office productsEducationBS/BACompensation:The estimated pay range for this position is USD $88.50/hr
