Job Summary:
The In-Store Shopper serves as a personal shopper and point of contact to Heinen's customers by selecting items and assembling online orders. They are responsible for ensuring all orders are picked accurately, properly packed, stored, and staged for pick-up in a timely manner. Additionally, these associates must ensure quality control and handle products carefully during the selection and packing process to minimize damage and uphold Heinen's quality standards. Individuals are also expected to provide service that aligns with Heinen's brand for customers they interact with daily.
