    Position Title Customer Service Specialist Position Type Full Time Position Location Arlington, VA Tracking Code 00907 Daily Responsibilities

    Manage Customer Satisfaction survey distribution, collection and analysis

    Recommend service improvements based on survey responses

    Create and track quality metrics focusing on continuous service improvement

    Advocate for excellent customer experience in project planning and service design

    Required: Experience (min)

    3+ years experience

    Required: Degree

    BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline

    Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degree

    Preferred: Certifications

    ServiceNow MC - Agile and Test Management

    ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management or other similar ServiceNow certification

    CCXP or similar

    Required: Experience

    At least three years of experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce or a comparable help desk solution

    Experience developing and administering customer experience surveys, collecting and analyzing feedback

    Experience advocating for customer service improvements

    Lead continuous improvement initiatives that focus on service delivery quality

    Required: Clearance
