- Operations
- Perform routine equipment care, preventive maintenance, and corrective work.
- Diagnose equipment issues accurately.
- Repair, install, and modify equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in equipment upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide support in job planning and execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for team members.
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment supplies.
- Lead and mentor other maintenance staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Technical training in relevant trades
- Proficiency in mechanical fundamentals
- Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams.
- Deliver results efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
