    Job Summary: We seek a highly qualified assistant or associate professor to join the University of Georgia's College of Pharmacy and College of Veterinary Medicine. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service, with a focus on developing innovative curricula and pedagogies that integrate immersive technology into healthcare professional education. They will be expected to teach a range of courses, develop new courses and programs, mentor students, and engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentation.

    Responsibilities:
    • Teach a range of courses in the pharmacy and veterinary medicine programs.
    • Develop and implement innovative curricula and pedagogies that integrate immersive technology into healthcare professional education.
    • Mentor students in their academic and professional development.
    • Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentation.
    • Participate in departmental and college-level committees and working groups.


    Requirements:
    • A doctorate degree in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or a related field.
    • Experience in teaching and mentoring students.
    • A strong commitment to research and scholarly activity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
