    Under the supervision of the Director of the Women's Resource Center, the Student Life and Development Specialist is a senior level program coordinator and student life and development specialist.

    Services may include providing resources for students, supervising student workers and volunteers, informal counseling, mentoring, assessment, as well as program development and implementation.

    Some evening and weekend work is required.

    The full salary range for the Student Life and Development Specialist is $52, $89,700.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is $52, $56,652.00 annually.

    We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

    Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.


    As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy.
