We are representing a leading manufacturer of steel related products searching for a Senior Manager of Quality Systems in Northwestern Pennsylvania or Northeastern Ohio.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, i.e. Metallurgical, Materials Science or Mechanical is preferred. Other engineering degrees will be considered with relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management/quality systems is a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with senior management to drive continuous improvement for quality systems.
• Automotive experience and an understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems.
• ISO/IATF Internal Auditor, or Lead Auditor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Control Plans.
• Up to 25% travel.
