    About the Role:
    As a Traveling Superintendent, you will travel to job sites and live in different parts of the country during project durations. Your responsibilities include:

    • Managing on-site construction and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and laborers
    • Planning, maintaining site safety (OSHA requirements), and site organization.
    • Implementing project documents with subcontractors
    • Creating and updating the two-week lookahead every week.
    • Collaborating with clients and property teams to identify and maintain critical path schedules.

    We are seeking a professional with:

    • Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction
    • Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers
    • Advanced knowledge of associated trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
    • Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors, and equipment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to travel

    The expected salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000, based on factors such as position scope, candidate experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal equity, market considerations, and other law-permitted factors.
