- Teardown, clean, assemble and calibrate any one Diesel Engine Fuel Injection component, such as fuel injection pumps and injectors or tear down and clean at least three Fuel Injection components product lines.
- Uses chemical and mechanical methods to clean incoming fuel injection components.
- Teardown of cleaned components using hand and small power tools as needed.
- Uses various tools and equipment to assemble fuel injection components.
- Uses various tools and equipment to test fuel injection components.
- Uses measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers and indicators.
- Uses computer systems and software to control test processes and record data.
- Must follow documented procedures and work instructions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous experience in a diesel fuel shop preferable. High school diploma or GED, College or trade school automotive repair training and good mechanical aptitude highly desirable with a willingness to learn.
- Uses all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Follows all required company Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Understands importance of excellent Customer Service.

- This is a stand-up position that requires standing at a work bench while working.
