    Job Overview:


    The Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture oversees the Technical Architecture of System Integrations between our SAP solutions and other internal or external systems.

    In this role, the incumbent analyzes complex business problems to be solved with optimal technical architecture, ensuring system integrations are characterized by maximum stability, supportability, maintainability, and long-term viability.

    Additionally, the Senior Manager provides leadership and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective system integrations and procedures that align with business objectives and facilitate scalability to support company growth.

    Consistent anticipation of business needs and contribution of innovative solutions, benchmarks, examples, best practices, and out-of-the-box thinking to the business partnership are key expectations of this position.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions using the SnapLogic platform to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and define solution architectures.
    • Develop detailed technical designs and documentation for SnapLogic integration solutions.
    • Configure SnapLogic pipelines, connectors, and transformations to implement integration workflows.
    • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SnapLogic integrations for scalability and efficiency.
    • Design and architect SnapLogic pipelines to integrate diverse systems and applications, including Salesforce, SAP, and other SaaS platforms.
    • Stay current on SnapLogic platform updates, features, and best practices.
    • Develop integration standards, architectural governance, and architectural design patterns for system integrations following IT best practices using SnapLogic.
    • Develop a macro view of the current and future state of business and technology architecture connected with business strategy and anticipated business and systems growth.
    • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the latest integration protocols and authentication methods in RESTful services, ODATA, or any other new protocol used by our integration partners.
    • Manage all development life cycle phases, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support/maintenance.
    • Produce and peer-review technical designs and architectures for integration projects and new system implementations.
    • Coordinate project tasks and ensure accurate estimates are provided for the completion of development tasks.
    • Mentor, develop, and motivate technical and analytical staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related area, or equivalent additional work experience required.
    • 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and development, with at least 5 years of experience specifically with SnapLogic.
    • Strong understanding of integration design patterns, API management, and data transformation concepts.
    • Proficiency in SnapLogic platform capabilities, including pipeline development, data mapping, and error handling.
    • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and other SaaS applications.
    • Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and other data formats and protocols.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • SnapLogic certification(s) is a plus.
