    POSITION SUMMARY :
    This position is responsible for developing and achieving all facets of the staffing strategy throughout the organization.

    This will be achieved by developing a national recruiting plan, sourcing through traditional and new and creative recruiting methods to find active and passive job seekers, evaluating candidates, managing selection process, and executing onboarding process.

    Overall, this position oversees all TA policies, processes, and performance KPIs, and supports and drives excellence in TA, delivering exceptional talent for all open positions within competitive time to source and time to hire metrics.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES :


    Efficiently and effectively fill open executive, managerial, and Business Support positions while building a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need in each geography where CCMC has offices.

    Establish recruiting requirements in accordance with organizational goals and staffing needs; meet with managers to assess current and future needs.

    Build applicant sources by researching and building relationships with recruiting sources; tracking effectiveness of recruiting sources; providing organization information as requested and conducting regular follow-up with managers to ensure needs are being met.

    Determine job requirements by writing or updating job descriptions and job summaries. Update selection process to ensure interviews and assessment tools are current and effective.
    Attract applicants by composing innovative job advertisements, using social media and industry job sites.

    Optimizes overall use and performance of ATS system (Clear Company) to ensure hiring managers and TA team utilizes all performance features with data accuracy and integrity.

    Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews on consistent set of competencies to determine applicant qualifications and analyze responses, verify references, compare qualifications to job requirements, and make recommendations.

    Represent CCMC to our clients during board interviews when applicable.

    Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, reserving offices, arranging travel, lodging, and meals when applicable, and arranging and conducting community/ office tours, if needed.

    Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; making salary recommendations in job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits, with a focus on employee engagement/ retention.

    Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, communicating legislative changes, and conducting training on legal updates related to staffing.

    Follow-up with new team members recruited personally within days to determine job satisfaction and mutual company culture fit.

    Conduct training on leading edge selection process including behavioral interviewing and the use of assessment tools to ensure hiring managers make the right staffing decision.

    Generates, KPIs, metrics and reports on performance as requested in Perdoo tracking system.
    Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, representing CCMC in professional organizations.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Work is conducted indoors in an office environment where employee must sit or stand for long periods of time. Employee is required to talk and hear and use the phone for long periods of time. Some travel involved.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
    At least 8 years experience as a Recruiter and five years at Team Leader or Manager.
    Attention to detail required.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
    Experience in a Human Resources professional environment.
    Bachelors degree in HR or business preferred.
