- Broadly support Financial Advisors as part of a team in delivering top quality advice and service to clients
- Collect and organize information for financial planning projects; input information into our firms financial planning software; create financial plans for clients
- Prepare for client meetings (independently or with senior advisors) by coordinating centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other topical information to clients
- Implement changes, adjustments, portfolio rebalance, recommendations, transitions, etc. of client portfolios with CAPTRUSTs research and trading teams
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 5+ years of experience at a wealth management or financial planning advisory firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Knowledge of or exposure to eMoney or similar financial planning software
- Possession of or desire to pursue CFP Designation
- Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clients
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, includes being polished, courteous, professional, and patient
- Good organizational skills such as multi-tasking, adapting priorities, and meeting deadlines
