    Position Summary
    The Business Development Associate (BDA) will play a pivotal role in supporting G3s growth trajectory. As a BDA, you will spearhead efforts to attract new clients, foster relationships with prospects, and nurture existing client connections. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive market research, supporting business development strategies, managing specific client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities and prospects. Collaborating across various departments, this role will report directly to the Director of Business Development.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Learn and seek to fulfill the company's vision and mission, by aligning goals and KPIs with company objectives.
    • Assist in the pursuit and development of client and market diversification into strategic QA/QC markets.
    • Represent the company at various events including professional associations, conferences, and trade shows.
    • Help to drive sales by cultivating strong relationships with new clients and teaming partners, while maintaining existing client relationships.
    • Contribute to and maintain accurate client information in the CRM database, track leads, and upcoming projects, and review backlog activity to maintain the accuracy of data.
    • Support established growth strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
    • Manage multiple assignments, ensuring corresponding deadlines are met.
    • Support company growth in identifying opportunities for PM engagement to provide technical expertise and added value to prospects.
    Events:
    • Identify industry trade associations and networking opportunities to attend and/or sponsor.
    • Arrange all details, including relevant personnel attendance and collateral pieces needed to market G3 services to achieve the events goals.
    • Attend industry networking events as assigned and report on information/opportunities at sales meetings.
    • Assist with setting up client meetings. Organize and coordinate company business development events.
    • Provide post-event/meeting debrief with personnel to capture opportunities and identify follow-up touch points for each opportunity.
    Project and Client Research:
    • Conduct research to identify new markets/customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell across all G3 regions.
    • Contribute content and collaborate with the Marketing Team to support our social media and web presence in alignment with the companys brand guidelines and growth strategies.
    Required Skills:
    • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Friendly and personable demeanor.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
    Physical Demands and Working Conditions
    This is a hybrid remote office/work-from-home position.
    The position requires work to be performed at various locations including G3s offices (Cerritos, Bakersfield, Redlands, and Sacramento), client sites, trade shows, and industry events. Additionally, overnight travel may be required occasionally to attend networking events such as trade shows and client meetings.

    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Pay Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 DOE
    • Weekly Pay
