    The Receiving Clerk is responsible for checking in all incoming product and guest packages. This person is also responsible for shipping guest packages and in house needs.

    Description:

    • Verify and receive all items coming into the hotel
    • Process packing slips and invoices via the computer
    • Communicate with suppliers of shortages and quality issues
    • Store and organize all guest packages
    • Meet with clients as needed regarding packages
    • Assist guest shipping out packages and create shipping labels as needed
    • Assist with storing food, beverage, and guest package

    Qualifications

    • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously.
    • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong in Excel Software
    • Ability to learn new computer skills and programs
