    Description


    A large financial services firm right in Boston is looking to add a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their team.


    As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing front and back-end solutions across our stack that helps customers to streamline how their investments are made.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of professional experienceProficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SQL, and cloudKnowledge of containerization and DevOps tooling

    Desired Skills & Experience:
    Background in Financial servicesReact or Angular experience

    What You'll Be Doing:
    Tech Breakdown:

    70% Backend30% Frontend

    Daily Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance.
    Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, and DevOps principles within the development team.

    Conduct code reviewsCollaborate with QA engineers to develop automated tests and ensure the successful deploymentsThe Offer:


    Salary:
    $150-170k DOEComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited paid time off (PTO)Access to learning and development resources401(k) with matching (if applicable)
