    NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a prominent retail and financial services company to find a Senior Accountant in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will manage crucial accounting functions including general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and supporting the organization's mission to enhance customer experiences and team member growth.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Two to four years of related experience
    • Proficiency in Oracle ERP, SQL, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    Preferred:

    • Experience in financial services or retail industries
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills, capable of preparing detailed reports
    • Experience with data analysis and interpretation
