- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their RVs and marine vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Process special orders and follow up with customers on order status
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable
- Previous experience in a parts department or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of RVs and marine vehicles is a plus
