    Description

    • Lead the site procurement team and provide them with hands on support and guidance
    • Define procurement resources, clear goals, objectives, and develop annual training plans
    • Be an active member of Site Leadership Team
    • Agile and effective support during unplanned outages
    • Support implementation of Category Management & Procurement initiatives
    • Manage and control site contracts and Master Service Agreements
    • Engage Legal, Insurance, Treasury, EH&S, and other functions for negotiation and vetting of contractual terms
    • Establish and monitor supplier relationship & supplier performance with agreed metrics/KPIs and execute supplier Quarterly Business Reviews
    • Manage and execute supplier creation and data maintenance process

    • Certifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM), Inventory Management (CIPS), Lean Six Sigma, or Operational Planning
    • Experience at a large industrial site in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Administration, Finance, or related field required
    -5+ years relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and financial analytics

    -5+ years of leadership experience

    • Experience with enterprise asset management systems Oracle/SAP and eProcurement
