- Prepare and assemble electronic and electromechanical components on printed circuit boards and
- Perform coil winding, apply coatings, and conduct continuity verifications.
- Build and test cable assemblies using visual aids, diagrams, or blueprints.
- Execute soldering and wiring operations to established specifications and standards.
- Assist in routine assembly and perform rework on discrepant assemblies as needed.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment such as arbor presses, sand/water blasting machines, and
- Contribute to other production departments as required.
- Train and monitor junior assembly personnel (specific to level III or as needed).
- Ability to identify electronic components, read resistor color codes, and interpret prints,
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and working with a stereo microscope.
- Experience with soldering and working knowledge/understanding of testing and measuring
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed assembly procedures.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manage small components.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Soldering certification may be required (test administered).
- Previous experience in an ISO 9000 certified production environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic production environment with varying tasks and
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply color codes in manufacturing processes.
- Work is performed on the production floor with a low to moderate noise level.
- Exposure to manufacturing elements such as cleaning chemicals and machinery.

Position Summary
We are seeking Electromechanical Assemblers at various levels (I, II, & III) to join our client's
team and perform a range of electronic and electromechanical assembly operations. This role
involves assembling components and sub- assemblies, performing continuity checks, and possibly
working on prototype assemblies and training other personnel. The ideal candidate will bring a
detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality, contributing across all areas of our
production processes.
