    Job DescriptionSalary: $120, $135,000.00

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Location: Onsite – Houston, TX (All candidates must reside or relocate to Houston, TX; relocation assistance provided)

    Experience Level: Mid-Level

    Join the growing Pharmacy team at a nationally ranked children's hospital located in Houston, TX. This hospital has been recognized as The Chronicle Top Workplace for an impressive 10 years. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.

    Education and License Requirements:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.
    • Current Texas Pharmacist license.
    • Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house or other accredited program.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Completion of a PGY1 Residency Program required; PGY2 or Fellowship in Pediatrics is highly preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital Pharmacist with knowledge of the unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes.
    • Clinical Pharmacy Specialty experience in Pediatrics/NICU.
    • Inpatient pediatric experience.
