    Responsibilities:


    Work with branch recruiting and sales staff to provide service to new and existing customer including, but not limited to manpower needs, quotations, business services information, and new client paperwork.

    Understand prospect and client business operations and hiring objectives.

    Anticipate the upcoming needs of new and existing clients through the use of sales marketing tools.

    Located Decision Maker and Influencer personnel withing prospect and client companies.

    Generate new leads and prospects from sales marketing tools.

    Call on new and inactive accounts to generate orders and business.

    Manage sales pipeline and conduct follow-up sales activities to push business forward.

    Work with recruiting team to ensure projects are adequately staffed.

    Ensure sales database is maintained.

    Bring creativity, purpose, drive, and a team mentality every day

    Other duties assigned as needed.

    Requirements

    Must have Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred.

    3 Years of inside sales or 2 years of B2B sales Experience.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office.

    Possess good reasoning, problem solving, and leadership skills.

    Must possess a valid drivers license.

    Must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check.

    CRM experience is a plus.

    Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
