Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy, located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, is seeking an enthusiastic Intake Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of ABA services for our clients. Position DescriptionThe Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of appropriate and timely ABA services to members referred to our program via their health insurance provider or medical care provider. The Intake Coordinator serves as the point person for communication with referral sources and care coordinators from insurance companies and works closely with the BCBAs on staff to schedule initial ABA Therapy appointments as well as assist with other daily clerical needs.Referral Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for communication with referral sources and care coordinators from insurance companies and medical care providers.Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for members referred to our program, ensuring timely and accurate information for ABA service authorization.Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate with BC BAs and staff to schedule initial ABA therapy appointments, ensuring timely and appropriate service delivery.Clerical Support: Assist with daily clerical needs, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized documentation.Communication Liaison: Facilitate effective communication between Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy, referral sources, and care coordinators, ensuring a smooth intake process.     Location and Hours
    The Intake Coordinator will work from our Corporate Office in Bryn Mawr, PA and regularly works 40 hours/week. Normal business hours required – no nights or weekends
    Qualifications and Experience
    • Prior experience working in a medical office or hospital setting.
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office and software.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage intake processes efficiently.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with referral sources, insurance providers, and internal teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in insurance verification and scheduling.
    • Proficient in relevant software applications for data entry and record-keeping.
