- Efficiently install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct startup procedures and troubleshoot a diverse range of residential HVAC systems.
- Forge enduring customer relationships; continually enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated.
- Minimum of two (3) years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
- Possession of EPA Universal Certification with proficient knowledge of R-410a.
- Familiarity with fiberglass and metal ductwork installation.
- Experience in control wiring.
- Hold a valid Driver's License with a clean record for the past five (5) years.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
