    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team.

    As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, CAD, C++, and systems engineering.


    Duties:

    • Manage and lead a team of engineers and machinist, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and objectives
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical issues
    • Oversee the design and development of mechanical components and systems
    • Utilize CAD software and CMM to create detailed schematics and models
    • Perform data analysis to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
    • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
    • Experience with programming languages such as C++ is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards
    • Knowledge of quantum engineering concepts is a plus
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
