    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The role of the Oral Surgery Specialist is crucial in driving sales revenue, profitability, and market growth within an assigned area by effectively promoting the company's products and services to potential customers. This involves acquiring new business accounts and nurturing existing relationships.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Represent the company professionally to dental professionals in the designated area.
    • Achieve sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Meet revenue and profitability goals as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Implement sales strategies, budget plans, and tactics effectively.
    • Identify and communicate business opportunities in target markets.
    • Be an ambassador for the company and uphold its values.
    • Utilize business analytics, sales reports, and CRM for customer data.
    • Attend industry tradeshows at various levels as needed.
    • Travel for field interactions with customers for four and a half days a week.

    • Demonstrated professional selling abilities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer engagement.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software.
    • Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
    • Project management skills for effective planning and execution.

    • Effective in client prospecting and account maintenance.

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    At least 1-2 years of prior sales experience.

    EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCE:

    Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.

    TRAVEL / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Frequent travel within the designated territory. No specific physical demands.
