- Leads the development of test procedures, and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan.
- Leads performance of testing and data collection, creating as required test procedures.
- Identifies anomalies and provides solutions.
- Generates test plans.
- Leads the preparation of test reports.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plan

- Knowledge on latest Testing methodologies

- bility to define and drive testing by defining and maintaining scripts in Quality Tools

- Experienced in Aerospace Domain Preferred
- Experience with PLM processes / Engineering processes preferred
- Experience with Technical Publications processes preferred
- Understanding/Experience of any of programming skills (C/C++/Java/.NET) is good to have
- 7-9 years of total experience with testing of Engineering applications and at least 4yrs of experience as QA/TEST Lead
- Strong knowledge in deploying Quality Control with Verification and Testing methodologies
- Experience in driving team to achieve Testing Goals

- Manage relationships with customers and team members ensuring overall success of the projects
- Prepare and present Quality Dashboards for Testing activities
