We are seeking a staff level accountant, looking for growth and mentorship opportunities.

This will be onsite M-F in Boca Raton, FL.Job Description You will be responsible for tax returns, light bookkeeping, sales taxes, and client payroll preparation.

Generally, support the Accounting team and assist in accurate and timely financial preparation of client documents/statements.

Skills & RequirementsBachelors degree preferred3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping/tax experiencePreparation of tax returns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120SPreparation of payroll tax returns (940, 941, and state agency returns)Preparation of sales tax returns/reportingPreparation of financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually), including P&L, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations, Payroll Entries etc.

Proficient with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on use of Excel)Proficient ability in use of tax preparation software/ Ability to analyze and review financial statementsGood knowledge of U.S.

GAAP/financial reportingAbility to work with and develop team members. Team player with strong communication, time management, organization, and analytical skills
