- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
- Welcome visitors and handle deliveries.
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance.
- Report and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and conduct service surveys.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Vice President, Business Services.
- Prepare and distribute new member packets.
- Handle renewal notices and address updates.
- Process memberships via mail, fax, phone, or email.
- Update customer profiles in the database.
- Manage daily mail distribution.
- Process check payments using MemberSuite and QuickBooks.
- Contact customers with past due invoices as directed.
- Assist customers with conference registration.
- Manage registration forms and certificates.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Vice President, Business Services.
- Issue certificates for course and webinar participants.
- Respond to certificate requests via email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in sales and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high-paced environment.

Required Skills and Abilities:
This position is posted for 20-25 hours a week. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Learning Forward is open to flexible working hours, within the regular office hours, to accommodate a school schedule. Travel availability the first week of December from Thursday to the following Wednesday for attending our annual conference is a plus.
