**What You'll Do:Accurately receive inbound shipments and ensure stocking completion to consistently maintain service level requirements
Meet or exceed internal customer expectations
Accurately complete cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures
Responsible for performing housekeeping, inventory counts, and other operational support functions
Manage incoming requests related to orders, shipment status, and other general customer inquiries
Timely and accurate processing of requests through Network Spares processes
Submit product additions and request return authorizations as required
Research and provide product information to Operations and Network Operations Center verticals
Research and correct discrepancies on requests
Expedite open orders with vendors and maintain status updates in the ticketing system
Monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution per SLA
Interface with the Corp Buyer Team to expedite direct shipments
Interface with Warehouse Management to expedite critical stock orders and get shipment status
Review and work reports to assist with managing orders
