    Job Summary:

    Drive new business growth in assigned markets (or regions), establishing a beachhead in new segments while securing market leadership in our more established segments.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Bring product, technology, and market expertise externally to our customer base and internally to our team.
    • Understand price, cost, and margin dynamics and leverage them to take market share from competition.
    • Establish strong business relationships at key accounts and target accounts with key decision makers and technology leaders.
    • Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services.
    Skills/Qualifications Needed:
    • Demonstrated record of success creating new business in a sales or marketing role.
    • Experience selling or marketing of electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
    • Experience or strong understanding of manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel globally (up to 50%).
    Desired Skills:
    • Contract review.
    • Marketing such as creating press releases or product brochures.
    • Pricing/costing experience.
