    Job DescriptionJob Summary

    Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on work orders for apartments. This Maintenance Technician will be responsible for covering an area of assigned work orders, and will be traveling between Beaver Falls, PA to Greensburg, PA. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, a strong problem-solver, and likes variety in their work locations. Schedule will remain consistent.

    Pay and Benefits

    • $18-25/hour, commensurate with experience

    Responsibilities
    • Repairs including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
    • Turnovers/make-readies
    • Unit renovations
    • Preventative maintenance
    • On-call emergency maintenance
    • Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

    Requirements

    • Eligible to work in the United States
    • Valid driver's license
    • Personal and reliable mode of transportation, must be willing to provide proof of current auto insurance
    • Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
    • Safely utilize power tools
    • Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
