- A Site Manager will be responsible for the direct management of personnel oversight on a shift schedule
- Starting Salary for

- Manages the day-to-day site operations for assigned contract requirements.
- Plans and schedules work assignments ensuring adequate staff.
- Prioritizes work efforts and personnel in order to provide timely service and minimize any potential customer concerns.
- Assists program manager with hiring and training personnel.
- Recommends, documents, and oversees policies and procedures.
- Coordinates with the Program Manager to ensure all activities are completed and reported properly.
- Manage Team Attendance
- Conduct Corrective Action Counseling
- Coordinate with onsite IRS management.
- Performs other job-related duties as required
- HS education required and 2-3 years of management & personnel training experience.
- Excellent team management/leadership skills.
- Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute projects.
- Highly driven, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative.
- Ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques and experience preferred.
