Job Description Job Description Natural Stone Wall Solutions (NSWS) is using a patented process of construction, delivery and seamless installation of natural stone retaining and freestanding walls for the commercial and residential markets.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCad to prepare shop and pre-construction drawings and plans for wall engineering, design and construction as well as other landscape design features.
Must be able to coordinate various projects, simultaneously, during the pre-construction phase.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings and plans using Autocad, Photoshop and Illustrator software and with conformity to approved grading/site plans or specificationsObtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractorsCoordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyAssist in project materials and supplies purchasing and coordination of suppliers and subcontractorsQualifications:Proficiency in AutoCadGrading/site engineering experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management3+ years' of relevant experience in Landscape Construction and DesignSuperior organizational and time management skillsEffective problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesign/build project management skills and experience from planning, construction documentation and materials purchasing through all construction phases of a project#J-18808-Ljbffr
