    Description
    Overview:
    Our client is seeking one full-time resource to work on Epicor Kinnetic. Our client manages business operations and financials in Epicor Kinetic. The new ERP went live on July 2023 and the client needs to review current system set up, process and procedures, and automation if its applicable to Epicor Kinetic framework. The goal is to run financials, reporting, close the general ledger, and reconcile to the clients General Ledger. The resource will assume the role of project manager, leading, overseeing and coordinating the activities essential for the successful of implementation and completion of new ERP system.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current state and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
    • Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.
    • Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.
    • Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.
    • Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements
    • Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality
    • Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition.
    • Monitor the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.
    • Evaluate the success of the migration against the defined success criteria.
    • Create a final project report summarizing the entire migration process.
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary
    Desired Skills:
    • 3-years technical experience in Epicor Kinetic
    • Experience with the modules listed above.
    • Portfolio Management experience.
    • Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high quality project outputs
    • Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input
