The individual will be responsible for independently growing and developing our business in the Permian Basin, and consulting on projects including diverse field and office work. Field work will consist primarily of site characterization work involving radiological surveys and sampling. Office work will include writing reports based on site assessments, field sampling and surveys, and laboratory data.

The ideal person has multiple oil and gas contacts in the Permian Basin and enjoys interacting with people. Rad Pros will provide all training in the realm of radiation and the position involves no risk of significant radiological exposure. We believe there is unlimited opportunity for growth for the right person in this position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Development – while Rad Pros has several key relationships in the oil and gas industry throughout the Western/Midwestern U.S., the company needs a representative in the Texas and NM region to help build and service our business there.

    • Manage Multiple Priorities – Ability to juggle more than one project, be a self-starter and ability to pursue business opportunities and work independently, and integrating with and holding team members accountable for excellence and timeliness in meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or Marketing or a related field is a big plus
    • 1-10 years of experience in sales and/or environmental consulting is required
    • Ability to understand client needs and communicate well with others
    • High-level written and verbal communication skills
