We are currently seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our expansive 40,000-50,000 square foot warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. As a pivotal member of our team, the Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.

salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, pulling, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Oversee transportation logistics, including dispatching and coordinating with truck drivers, particularly those operating boom and box trucks.
• Implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Provide strategic input to improve warehouse operations and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience with logistics, including truck operations and transportation management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Flexible and adaptable management style, capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of heating and electrical systems is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
