    • Support Bank compliance with federal regulations by studying existing legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

    The role involves administrative support in implementing systems, procedures and policies for regulatory compliance. It includes reviewing and creating reports for examiners/auditors review including Community Development loans and small business/small farm loans preparation of quarterly updates.

    • •   Maintaining Training Log: Responsible for maintaining bank training log ensuring all employee training records are up-to-date.
