- Resident Focused Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.
- You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- STNA or Nursing Assistant training required and maintain license
- First aid training every 3 years required
- Completion of at least the sixth grade in school required
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English language required
- Love and respect for aging persons
- Patience, tact, and cheerful disposition with staff, residents, and families
- Must work every other weekend and holidays
- Shift differential for nights/weekend additional $1.50 hr
